How to Log In to UPSers? – Steps
Follow these simple steps to access your UPSers portal:
➤ Open your browser and visit www.UPSers.com.
➤ Now, Please Click on The “UPsers Log in” button.
➤ Please enter your User ID (Employee ID) and Password.
➤ Complete any security/verification.
➤ Click “Log In” to access your portal to view work-related information.
New User Registration Guide
When logging into the UPSers.com portal for the first time, you will be sent directly to the UPSers.com homepage.
UPSers user registration information will be used to validate your identity in the event you forget your login password. You only have to provide this information once. You can change your portal password and e-mail address at any time.
➤ Visit the Create New Password page.
➤ Enter your Employee Number
➤ You will be prompted to choose from two options:
- One-time pin via SMS
- One-time pin via email
➤ When you choose the one-time PIN options, an SMS text will be sent to your registered mobile phone number on file, or an email will be sent to your email address on file with the one-time PIN.
Note: Contingent Workers, Subsidiary Employees, and Global Development consultants will only have access to a one-time pin via preferred email.
➤ Please check the box to allow UPS to send me a one-time PIN at the selected phone number or email address to create my password. Click Next.
➤ Enter your one-time PIN received from SMS or email and click Next.
➤ Follow the onscreen instruction to create a new password
➤ Create a password
Note: The password you create must include: 12 characters or more; at least 1 number (0-9); at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z); at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z); at least one of the following special characters (! $ # @ ^ & * , . + = ~). The password can’t be the same as your PIN.
➤ Next, click on Submit, and then it should notify you that your new password was successfully updated.
➤ Select Continue, then visit the UPSers welcome page and select UPSers Log In.
Forgot Your Password Guide
Registered users only:
➤ If you forgot your UPSers portal password, please select the Forgot Your Password link on the UPSers.com login screen. You will be instructed to choose from two options:
- One-time PIN via SMS
- One-time PIN via email
➤ If you choose the one-time PIN options, an SMS text will be sent to your mobile phone number on file, or an email will be sent to your email address on file with the one-time PIN.
Note: Contingent Workers, Subsidiary Employees, and Global Development consultants will only have access to a one-time PIN via preferred email.
Temporarily Locked Out:
➤ If you can’t log in after three attempts, you will be locked out of the system for 15 minutes.
➤ After the 15-minute lockout, you can then sign in again.
➤ The TSC Help Desk is not able to unlock UPSers.com accounts.
➤ UPSers Registered users only: If you cannot remember your password, try the Forgot Your Password link on the UPSers.com login screen.
